The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his user account and for all activities that occur on or through Customer’s user account, and the Customer agrees to immediately notify BTRESTRO of any security breach of his user account. BTRESTRO shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of his user account.
1.2. The contract between BTRESTRO and the Customer for the purchase of the service and/or content shall be concluded by the execution and termination of the order process by the Customer and by confirmation and acceptance of the order by BTRESTRO. The confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the Customer.
1.3. Online access to the services and content of BTRESTRO to be paid for by the Customer will be granted only after receipt of payment by BTRESTRO.
1.4. The use of the services and contents offered via BTRESTRO requires an active data connection. The Customer is solely responsible for all technical requirements for online access. Any costs related thereto shall be borne by the Customer.
1.5. BTRESTRO cannot be held liable in case of delay, malfunction, or disruption in displaying the content on BTRESTRO website, unless BTRESTRO acts in gross negligence or wilfully. Due to the nature of the internet and mobile devices, BTRESTRO accepts no liability for the uninterrupted availability of BTRESTRO website.
There are no cancellation and refunds allow once the user has chosen for the appropriate membership.
